Ten Full Remote Productions in One Weekend

2025-12-17 UK

Ten fixtures. Four sports. One remote-first weekend.

Over a single December weekend, Limitless delivered ten fixtures as ten full remote productions - four different sports, for four different clients, with coverage reaching audiences via BBC Two, BBC Sport, TNT Sports, Premier Sports and YouTube.

Every programme was produced from our Remote Production Hub in Woking, where six LIMITLESS Galleries ran back-to-back, each powering multiple shows across the weekend. On-site teams at each venue captured the action and returned feeds to the hub, where gallery teams cut, mixed and delivered every show - sharing infrastructure, replay and connectivity that would otherwise have travelled to ten separate venues in ten separate trucks.

  • 10 fixtures, each delivered as a full remote production
  • 6 LIMITLESS Galleries, each powering multiple shows
  • 155 people working across the weekend
  • 4 sports for 4 clients, across 5 broadcast and streaming outlets

The remote-first model is about more than logistics. Centralising production at the hub means smaller on-site footprints, fewer vehicles on the road and less crew travel for every fixture - delivering significant CO₂e savings on every single game, without compromising the quality of the output.

Weekends like this are the proof point: remote production isn't just viable for one-off events - it scales. Ten simultaneous, overlapping productions across four sports is exactly the kind of weekend our Remote Production Hub was built for.
